Programming: Analysis of company structure, personnel and growth projection summaries, departmental adjacencies, office/work station standards and equipment requirements.

Space Planning: Interpretation of program, coordination and tenants work letter lease, stacking, blocking and adjacency analysis, coordinate layout of power, data communications systems and consultants (mechanical, electrical engineer, and architect) conformance with life safety code requirements.

Interior Design: Formatting design goal statement, development of design concept and spatial design and plans, interior architectural detailing and color/material selections.

Construction Documents: Drawings and specifications for construction.

Construction Administration: Review construction drawings, review submittals and shop drawings, processing of change orders; punch list and final close-out.


Inventory: Inspection and cataloging of clients existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment for refurbishing and or/use.
